Central Oregon Evaluation Services will be closed Monday October 9, 2023.

Due to current health concerns, the office of Central Oregon Evaluation Services is closed to the public.   All scheduled evaluation appointments will be conducted by telephone.  Our normal operating hours are Monday - Wednesday 9:00 am - 12:00 pm and 1:00pm - 4:30 pm and Thursday 9:00 am - 12:00 pm.

Our office will still be available by telephone during current office hours. 

 

Welcome to Central Oregon Evaluation Services

Central Oregon Evaluation Services (COES) is designated by the Circuit Court in the counties of Crook, Deschutes and Jefferson to provide substance abuse evaluations.  The primary evaluation completed by this office is for an individual charged with Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicants (DUII) however COES provides other non-DUII related substance abuse evaluations as requested by the Courts.  

COES is staffed by Alcohol and Other Drug Screening Specialists (ADSS) certified by the State of Oregon Health Authority Addictions & Mental Health Division.
